The mission hosts three evenings: the Trade Mission Orientation dinner on arrival, the Hedge Fund Association Reception on Tuesday, and the Gateway Leaders' Dinner at the Royal Rose on Wednesday, supported by the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai. All are invitation only. Abu Dhabi Finance Week side events are in coordination and confirmed to delegates with the final itinerary.
Programming is being finalized with our partners for the week, and a full run of show, hour by hour, is issued to registered delegates closer to the mission dates. Meetings at Abu Dhabi Finance Week are arranged on a rolling basis throughout the week.
Delegate Welcome Package
Every delegate receives a welcome package before departure covering best practices and local recommendations for the week: business attire, cultural etiquette, landmarks, dining and getting around Abu Dhabi, prepared to guide maximum success on the mission.
